Rules

1. Name the artist of the month.

2. Email your answer & email address ,so you can be notified if you win, to

watercolorsbyjudith@comcast.com

3. The winner will be the person with the earliest email date.

4. In case of a tie, the earliest time posted will win.

5. The winner's name will be posted on the Home page of this website & will have 24 hours to claim their free art print(artist's choice). In the case, that a print is not claimed; the name of the person in second place will be posted & that person will then have 24 hours to claim the art print.
