Shipping Policies
Watercolors by Judith does not accept CODs or payment by personal checks or money orders.
All shipping is through DHL. Watercolors by Judith abides by DHLs' terms and conditions. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes.
Return Policy
We at Watercolors by Judith have a policy to do our very best to make all our customers happy with their purchases.
As our customer, we value you and ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your limited edition prints, you may return it (at your shipping expense within 7 days of receiving shipment) for another art print of less or equal value. The return expense will be ours.
Backorder Policy
Watercolors by Judith carries our own inventory of limited edition prints; so backorders will not occur.
Damaged Goods Policy
All claims for lost items must be submitted in writing to DHL within ninety (90) days from the date that DHL accepted the shipment, failing which DHL shall have no liability.
For damaged shipments, all the original packaging and contents must be made avaliable for DHL's inspection and retained until claim is concluded.
DHL is not obligated to act on any claim until all transportation charges have been paid.
Privacy Policy
We at Watercolors by Judith pledge to do everything possible to protect your personal information.
Your privacy is important to us and it will not be shared with any other party for any reason except for order fullfilment.
